Project Manager Product Industrialization (80-100%)

As part of our manufacturing engineering team and link between product development and operations you will take end‑to‑end ownership from concept to series production and drive global collaboration to turn innovation into scalable reality.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end supply chain design and implementation across projects and the product life cycle in line with Belimo strategies and processes
- Represent the supply chain as a core team member in new product development projects
- Own planning, management and control of all supply chain tasks and deliverables
- Coordinate, motivate and guide interdisciplinary supply chain teams globally
- Perform supply chain feasibility, gap and risk analyses to enable robust decisions
- Enable footprint, make-or-buy and sourcing decisions through cross-functional alignment
- Influence product design based on manufacturability and supply chain capabilities
- Lead the ramp-up of production capacities with internal and external partners
- Advocate for regional and global standardization of the supply chain and ensure its implementation
Who You Are
- BSc or MSc in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical)
- Further education in Project Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus
- Strong experience in product development and industrialization of devices
- Several years in interdisciplinary, global project management in a manufacturing environment
- Deep technical understanding of manufacturing, automation and supply chain concepts
- Able to influence, structure and lead laterally across functions and hierarchies
- Entrepreneurial, analytical and strategical with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
- High accountability, service mindset and willingness to perform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (B2-C1)
