Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronics for high-volume industrial products.
- Create innovative solutions for integrated power supply systems.
- Use simulation tools to validate concepts, designs, and engineering decisions.
- Ensure high quality standards throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Support products from concept development through market launch.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering methods, tools, and development practices.
- Contribute to the adoption of modern data-driven and AI-assisted engineering approaches.
Required Expertise
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (ETH, University, or University of Applied Sciences).
- Strong expertise in power electronics and analog/digital circuit design.
- Several years of experience in electronics development within an industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- High level of personal initiative and passion for innovation.
- Knowledge of systems engineering and control systems is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with simulation tools such as LTspice, TINA, and PLECS.
- Good communication skills in German and English
