Human Resources

The HR team is active around the globe as HR Services are provided at our regional headquarters and each subsidiary. Here, new talents are recruited, employees are developed for future challenges, and managers are trained. HR is also supporting Belimo's cultural development and guarantees fair and equal working conditions for all employees.

Finance and Controlling

The finance and controlling teams embody the economic conscience of Belimo. We ensure that all financial records are accurate and kept up to date. By providing our financial services in a motivated and solution-focused manner, we are seen as business partners that support other business functions to operate effectively and efficiently. With our focus on value creation and execution of our growth strategy, we support business planning and participate in business management decisions worldwide and within all group divisions.

Information Technology

Our IT Division ensures Belimo can operate its business in this modern world. IT experts guarantee that everything, from the server to the mobile device, works flawlessly and our employees are supported globally. In addition, we are responsible for the optimal configuration of our applications and drive forward digitalisation. This is performed in close cooperation with the business looking into process optimisation and new possibilities using new technologies to ensure a coherent, strong and secure IT environment.

Quality and Sustainability

Quality is not just an attribute or even a feature - it is a mindset and our main message. For this reason, the Group Quality and Sustainability department is very important. Quality managers own the entire quality management process and develop structures to ensure continuous quality in all departments. Supplier quality engineers are responsible for the quality compliance of our suppliers, they inspect incoming deliveries and lead internal and external audits. Project managers lead projects to harmonise quality processes around the world. And the compliance and sustainability team develop compliance guidelines and Belimo's sustainability roadmap.

 

 

 

Strategy, Information Centre and Brand Management

Strategy, Information Centre and Brand Management are part of our executive office and report directly to the CEO. The strategy team is responsible for developing long-term initiatives to ensure Belimo's future success. Our Group Information Centre embraces Internal Communication, Global Training, and Market Intelligence. They ensure transmission of information and connection of all employees, coordinate and develop global training activities and analyse data to provide data driven insights that support strategical decision-making. Brand management is in charge of external global communication. They create central branding campaigns, coordinate global marketing initiatives and cooperate intensively with our local marketing teams around the world. And it is the home of Belimo's corporate marketing services team.
