In the first half-year 2016, the Belimo Group increased its sales by 12.9 percent to CHF 273.9 million, adjusted for currencies by 10.2 percent.

The shareholders of BELIMO Holding AG were informed at the 41st Annual General Meeting held in Rapperswil on April 25, 2016, of the successful 2015 result recorded by the Belimo Group. They approved all motions proposed by the Board of Directors.

The Belimo Group looks back on a successful year 2015 despite the challenging economic environment. Sales in Swiss francs could be held on previous year level with CHF 493.3 million.

2015 was very challenging for the Swiss economy. Both, the unexpected abandonment of the min-imum exchange rate against the euro, and subsequent strong appreciation of the Swiss franc and the partly difficult market environment in Eastern Europe had a negative impact on the sales growth and profitability of the Belimo Group.
