Our Asia Pacific Team is seeking to appoint a high caliber to drive sustainable, profitable growth for BELIMO through the development and execution of merchandise strategies for BELIMO Asia Pacific.
The Assistant HR / HR Manager, Northeast Asia reports to the Regional HR Business Partner, Asia Pacific. The incumbent will be responsible for HR operations of the LRD Hong Kong subsidiary, including talent acquisition & onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits (C&B), learning & development, and staff engagement activities for the region. The incumbent shall provide assistance on HR projects for the Regional HR Business Partner when required.
HR Manager, Northeast Asia
Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR operations, including recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, C&B, learning & development, and staff engagement activities for the region
- Review and implement human resources and adminstrative policies and procedures to ensure best practices and consistence at the workplace
- Liaise with line managers and provide professional HR support and advice to the Northeast Asia region
- Support Asia-Pacific HR in preparing and consolidating various HR reports and ad-hoc reports when required
- Assist Asia-Pacific HR on global projects such as job architecture, job grading evaluation, performance management and development, pay structure and HRIS implementation when required
- Play a key role in leading and coordinating company events and various activities for the Hong Kong office
- Oversee HK office administrative duties, including operations and facilities maintenance and renewal, contract and performance management of external suppliers, vehicle licensing and insurance renewal, procurement of office supplies, and travel and hotel arrangements for local and overseas colleagues travelling to / from the Hong Kong office
- Participate ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management / business administration or relevant disciplines
- Master in HRM / OD would be an advantage
- At least 10 years' relevant experience in HR, Administration, or event management in MNCs preferred
- Candidates with less experience may consider as Asst. HR Manager NEA
- Proficiency in PC operation including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams & Chinese word processing
- Knowledge in Success Factors or similar HRIS operations would be an asset
- Knowledge in Moodle, I Spring Suite and SCORM would be an asset
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Personal integrity, sensitivity, and attention to numerical details
- Independent, responsible, proactive team player, capable of handling multi-tasks with adherence to deadlines
