技术支持工程师
主要工作职责：
- 与产品管理部携手开发相关产品应用、选型、安装及维护的文件
- 与销售团队携手对客户提供足够的产品培训
- 通过销售团队提供产品说明书及相关必要信息给客户
- 与客户设计团队合作指导他们根据应用需要选择合适的产品或者为一个产品开发新的应用
- 如需要拜访工地检查安装情况
- 时常造访工地收集产品是否有缺陷的信息
- 与质量部门合作及时处理客户投诉及索赔问题，并将所有相关信息保存入CRM系统，如有需要并反馈给产品管理部门
- 根据常规保持所有客户信息及数据在CRM系统并时时更新
- 领导布置的其它工作
