Annual General Meeting of BELIMO Holding AG approves all motions

At the Annual General Meeting 2019 the shareholders approved all motions by the Board of Directors. The Chairman of the Board of Directors Prof. em. Dr. Hans Peter Wehrli as well as the member of the Board of Directors Martin Hess have retired as announced. All other members were re-elected for a further term of office of one year.

Hinwil, April 1, 2019, 21:00 p.m. - At the Annual General Meeting 2019 the shareholders approved all motions by the Board of Directors. The Chairman of the Board of Directors Prof. em. Dr. Hans Peter Wehrli as well as the member of the Board of Directors Martin Hess have retired as announced. All other members were re-elected for a further term of office of one year.

Moreover, the shareholders agreed to the election of Urban Linsi as a new member of the Board of Directors. Patrick Burkhalter was elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors and Dr. Martin Zwyssig confirmed as the Deputy Chairman.
