Welcome to the state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center at Belimo Americas headquarters in Danbury, Connecticut. This space was developed to showcase Belimo’s latest products and technology. The main attraction is the Demo Building, which is a 10' x 40' functioning model of a commercial building featuring transparent panels so visitors can observe its inner workings. Powered by its own air handling unit and mechanical room, the Demo Building features eight rooms typical of a commercial building, as well as a parking garage. Each room demonstrates a unique application of Belimo valves, actuators, and sensors. Customers have the opportunity to participate in live demos of Belimo products while observing in real-time the feedback to the building management system.
The Customer Experience Center also features a massive 12' x 7' touchscreen display, where visitors can explore the interactive presentation to learn more about Belimo and our products. Customers can also dive into a virtual reality retrofit with timed challenges, turning it into an exciting competition.
With the Customer Experience Center located in the Americas headquarters, visitors can also tour the manufacturing, assembly, and shipping facilities to understand how Belimo remains the most dependable supplier of actuators, valves, sensors, and meters and provides one of the fastest delivery times in the HVAC industry.
