Hiring Process
Application
Found a role that excites you? Apply directly through our online application portal and take the first step towards your future at Belimo.
Screening
Once you’ve applied, our Recruiter and Hiring Manager will take a closer look at your profile. Alongside your experience and education, practical factors such as commuting distance and work permits are also considered.
Phone Interview (optional)
You’ve made it to the next step. In a first conversation with our Recruiting team, we focus on getting to know the person behind the CV while discussing key topics such as cultural fit, availability, and salary expectations.
Online Interview
Let's talk about what you do best. In the online interview, we'll explore your expertise, experience, and strengths, while also discussing how well our culture and values align. Naturally, you can ask us anything you'd like to know.
Assessment
Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a work-related personality assessment before the second interview. The assessment helps us gain deeper insights into your strengths, preferences, and potential fit with the position and our culture.
On-site Interview
At this stage, we dive deeper into what makes you unique. Together, we'll explore your expertise, strengths, and development potential. At the same time, you'll get to know Belimo up close and decide whether we're the right fit for you.
Offer
It's official. We believe in your potential, and you're ready to help shape the future at Belimo. Now we'll finalize the contract details and plan your first day with us.
