Conformità LABS con i prodotti Belimo
Le sostanze che alterano la bagnatura delle vernici (PWIS/LABS) possono comportare difetti ingenti nella lavorazione delle vernici. Anche in piccole quantità, si possono formare crateri o difetti di bagnatura su grandi superfici, che possono compromettere la qualità del rivestimento e portare a rilavorazioni, scarti o interruzioni della produzione.
Belimo offre quindi ai suoi clienti una gamma prodotti selezionati, nonché il servizio e il processo di trattamento necessari per ottenere la conformità LABS in conformità con la VDMA 24364. Questo moderno processo elimina completamente l'uso di detergenti dannosi per l'ambiente e la salute.

I test necessari a monte vengono eseguiti da un ente certificatore indipendente per determinare se un prodotto è conforme a PWIS/LABS e in quali zone può essere utilizzato.
Trattamento
Il prodotto è lavato in un sistema al plasma a bassa pressione.
Marcatura
Il prodotto e l'imballaggio sono contrassegnati da un'etichetta conforme a PWIS/LABS.
Imballaggio
Ogni prodotto lavato dalle PWIS/LABS è imballato singolarmente e a tenuta d'aria. Una scheda supplementare descrive la corretta manipolazione dei prodotti.
Dichiarazione di conformità
Per i nostri prodotti conformi a PWIS/LABS viene rilasciata una corrispondente dichiarazione di conformità.
