BELIMO Holding AG and the Belimo Group pursue an open, active and transparent information policy with all stakeholders. Each year an annual report including a remuneration and a sustainability report and a semiannual report are published. At least one conference for the media and financial analysts takes place at the time of publication of the annual financial statements.

Information relevant to the share price are published in accordance with the ad hoc publicity guidelines of the Swiss stock exchange SIX Swiss Exchange.
